Returns & Refunds

If you receive a product that is defective or damaged during shipping, we offer a 100% money-back guarantee or a replacement. To qualify, you must contact us within 2 days of delivery at phomjewels@gmail.com.


RETURN ELIGIBILITY

✅ Eligible for Returns & Refunds:
• Items that arrive damaged or defective.
• Non-custom items in unused and original condition.


❌ Not Eligible for Returns & Refunds:

• Custom-made items (unless they arrive damaged or defective).
• Orders that fail to arrive due to incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.
• Items that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
• Requests based on buyer's remorse (e.g., you no longer want the item).

We reserve the right to deny refunds or returns if the item does not meet the eligibility criteria outlined above.


Order Cancellations & Modifications


We understand that mistakes happen! That's why we offer a 4-hour grace period after an order is placed to make changes or request cancellations.


CANCELLATION & MODIFICATION POLICY:

1) 4-Hour Grace Period:

• Customers have 4 hours from the time of purchase to cancel or modify their order.

2) Cancellation of Unfulfilled Orders:

• If your order has not been fulfilled, you may request a cancellation beyond the 4-hour window.

3) Engraving Requests:

• Changes to engraving details may not be possible if requested after the 4-hour grace period, but we will do our best to accommodate requests.

4) Fulfilled Orders:

• Once an order has been processed and shipped, we cannot make any changes or cancellations.
